The Long Halloween & Dark Victory (via S.A. Young)
A couple of my favorite comic books. These two Batman limited series tales were masterly written and drawn by the amazing team of Jeph Loeb and Tim Sale.
The Long Halloween - A killer is taking out mobsters in Gotham, one holiday each month. Batman must stop Holiday, but he will lose Harvey Dent in the process.
Dark Victory - A year later the holidays are once again not safe, but this time cops are being killed. A Hangman must be stopped, but Batman must first trust a young boy with his secret.
